| Linking to Full Text Articles |
|
The HACC Library System subscribes to several full-text databases. Two of these databases -- ProQuest and EbscoHOST -- allow faculty to link directly to an article, journal, or search set. The links below will help you add articles, journals, and search sets to your courses. ProQuest ProQuest provides access to multiple full-text databases, including ABI/INFORM Global (business), CJPI (Criminal Justice Periodical Index), and subject modules for arts, business, education, health, research newspapers, etc. ProQuest is useful for finding articles in a wide range of subject areas. ProQuest provides over 2000 journals in full-text or page image. The full-text articles date roughly from 1995 to the present. Page image articles date roughly from 1988 to the present. Some titles may deviate from these dates. In addition, ProQuest provides table of contents for its full-text titles. EBSCOhost EBSCOhost provides access to multiple full-text databases, including Academic Search Elite (social science, humanities, general sciences, education, etc.), Business Source Elite, ERIC, Health Source Plus, and many more. EBSCOhost is useful for finding articles in a wide range of subject areas. EbscoHOST provides approximately 1500 journals in full-text or page image.
